Prime TicketReceiver

This module adds a responsive view (smartphone, tablet, notebook, desktop) for field technicians working on tickets. One can easily accept, reject, start, stop, pause and re-assign tickets. Furthermore one can get directions to the ticket location.

The tickets supervisor can view all open tickets and see where the field technicians are currently located and on which tickets they are working.

When creating new tickets a score is calculated based on the availability, technical capability and distance (to the respective ticket) for all field technician. The field tech with the highest score will be preselected.
