ServiceDesk and Support Tickets

Our ServiceDesk can be found here: https://servicedesk.nmsprime.com/

You will receive an email with your login credentials after we have created your account.

For creating new tickets follow these steps:

Go to https://servicedesk.nmsprime.com/ and login using the credentials from your email.

After login you will see the following:


Here you can click on either "Problem" or "Incident" for creating a new ticket.

In the upper right corner you can find the links to the requests you made or all requests made for company:
