NMS Prime is a modular CRM, BSS, and OSS platform built from ISPs, for ISPs. It combines customer care, billing, provisioning, monitoring, ticketing, workforce management, and operations in one extensible system.
The platform is vendor- and technology-agnostic and can run in the cloud or on premises. It supports DOCSIS, FTTH, FTTx, WiFi, DSL, and other access technologies.
The open-source Community Edition provides the OSS provisioning core, while Enterprise modules add CRM, BSS, billing, ticketing, monitoring, workforce management, and other ISP applications.
