Welcome to the official documentation of NMS Prime


NMS PRIME is a Software-a-Service (SaaS) cloud-based ISP/Broadband modem and CPE Network Management System and ISP Application Marketplace which dramatically reduces complexity. These Applications range from provisioning, VoIP management, to monitoring, ticketing, to workforce management, and other Apps providing seamless user experience across multiple connectivity services.

The system is vendor and technology agnostic, meaning the platform marketplace will allow access across multiple technologies with any of the following technologies: DOCSIS, FTTH, FTTx, WiFi, and DSL.

The NMS Prime project is separated into an open-source-based community- and a paid enterprise-based version.
