Prime Dashboard is the home operations cockpit in NMS Prime — the first screen after login where operators see contracts, tickets, network health, modem online rates, recent activity, and guided next steps at a glance.

Is Dashboard required?
Yes for a normal NMS Prime install — it is the shared home screen. Widgets stay empty or hidden until companion apps and rights are in place.
Why don't I see tickets or trouble?
Those panels appear only when the Ticket / Detect apps are enabled and your user may view them.
Where are revenue charts and saved queries?
In Prime Statistics, not on the home Dashboard.
Where is the step-by-step guide?
Official Documentation (Prime Dashboard).
