Prime Billing

Prime Billing

Prime Billing takes care of the entire accounting process.

Add products of all types and assign them individually as items to charge your customers for whatever you want. Specify start and end dates also for future valid items. Accounting periods can be set to single payed, monthly, quarterly, semi annual or yearly.

Execute settlement runs to charge your customers on a monthly basis and create all the invoices. This either creates a SEPA.xml file with all the bookings/transactions that you can upload to your european bank account executing all the debits/credits or will charge your customers via your payment gateway provider for international credit card or ACH bank account payments.

Manage different companies and their accounts for different invoice layouts or cost centers with different taxes.

Pro hint: It is best used in combination with Prime Overdue to manage
