Prime Customer Self-Service Portal (also called CCC / Customer Control) is the customer self-service and self-care portal for ISPs and telcos in NMS Prime — customers log in to view invoices and CDRs, run speed tests, change payment and address details, raise support tickets, and upgrade Internet, VoIP and TV.

Yes. Prime Customer Self-Service Portal is the product name; CCC is the package (ccc); Customer Control is the legacy name still used in older docs and search.

No. The Order Portal is for new address orders. This portal is for existing customers (invoices, self-care, upgrades).

Prime Billing — the portal displays them; it does not run settlement.

Your clients can login to a customer interface using the Self-Service Portal. After successful login they see invoices and CDRs and are able to run speed tests.
