Create a VoIP Product

Requirements

A phonetariff with type "Sale" and a phonetariff with type "Purchase" needs to already exist. Please refer to Add a PhoneTariff

Steps for creating a VoIP Product

Go to Billing Base > Product List

Click on the Plus in the upper right to create a new VoIP Product.

Give the Product a recognizeable name

  1. Choose "Voip" as Type

  2. Select a Phone Sales Tariff and a Phone Purchase Tariff

  3. Choose a Billing Cycle, for example "Monthly"

  4. The Cost Center is optional

  5. Fill in a price.

Next Assign Phonetariff to Contract
