NMS Prime is a CRM, BSS and OSS platform for ISPs and Telcos.
Prime Detect is the impairment and plant-visibility app in NMS Prime. It shows monitored network elements on topography maps and entity-relation diagrams, surfaces Icinga problems on a trouble dashboard, and helps operations act before outages spread.

Trouble board: Icinga host/service problems with severity, affected modems, mute, ticket hooks
Topography MAP & ERD: geo and hierarchical views of nets, clusters, and devices
Customer geo context: modems / customers on the map (with provisioning)
KML / cable plans: overlay plant drawings on topography
