Follow Cacti installation instruction
You may either click through the Cacti WebGUI wizard (see video) or just run the following command:
source scl_source enable rh-php73 php /usr/share/cacti/cli/install_cacti.php --install --accept-eula
advice from Ole Ernst : "in case above php script returns an error: just run twice and it will work"
Login at cacti
https://<your-url>:8080/cacti
