NMS Prime connects with different users depending on the context to mysql. These users, passwords and databases are automatically set up during install. These passwords are located in /etc/nmsprime/env/*.env files. For the root password please look in /etc/nmsprime/env/root.env

Running mysql_secure_installation is not necessary, since this is automatically done during installation of NMS Prime.
