If your new tariff is a product of the "Type Internet" you first have to create a QoS-Rule.





Section: Add a new Product

1. BillingBase > Product List

shows Product Entries table

If you want to add Product Type Internet, be sure to have created a QoS-Rule in advance

2. Move mouse to top right corner and click Image Modified to add a new product (e.g. tariff or device)

shows Create New Product Entry page

  • Name: e.g. 200 Mbit/s
  • Type: Internet
  • QoS: select rule from drop down menu e.g. 200 Mbit/s (requires a QoS rule to be added)
  • Add further settings like Billing Cycle, Maturity, Period of Notice, Cost Center, Net Price and Bundled with VoIP product as requested and desired

3. Click the save button

new product (e.g. tariff or device) is created
