If your new product is of the "Type Internet" you first have to create a QoS-Rule.

If your new product is of the "VoIP" you first have to add Phone tariffs.

Subsequently, only the method of how to add an internet tariff is shown, since adding a device is a more simple part of this process.


1. BillingBase > Product List

shows Product Entries table

If you want to add Product Type Internet, be sure to have created a QoS-Rule in advance

2. Move mouse to top right corner and click to add a new product (e.g. tariff or device)

shows Create New Product Entry page

  • Name: e.g. 200 Mbit/s
  • Type: Internet
  • QoS: select rule from drop down menu e.g. 200 Mbit/s (requires a QoS rule to be added)
  • Add further settings like Billing Cycle, Maturity, Period of Notice, Cost Center, Net Price and Bundled with VoIP product as requested and desired

3. Click the save button

new product (e.g. tariff or device) is created
