Application Initialization

Internal repository URLs and obsolete environment/bootstrap instructions have been removed.

RPM install

Install hooks create required directories, initialize the application key/configuration, publish module resources, run migrations, set approved permissions, and enable/restart services.

Developer checkout

Use Developer Source Installation. Runtime configuration belongs in /etc/nmsprime/env/*.env.

Security

Keep TLS verification enabled
Do not embed usernames/tokens in repository URLs
Use least-privilege ownership for writable directories
