Prime Sales

Prime Sales

NMS Prime is a CRM, BSS and OSS platform for ISPs and Telcos.

Prime Sales is the sales pipeline (CRM funnel) in NMS Prime for cable and FTTH operators. It runs the Lead → Opportunity → Contract funnel on a visual, drag-and-drop Kanban board with deal value, closing probability, and a weighted forecast — then converts a won opportunity straight into a service contract.

1.1. What it is

  • Funnel: Lead → Opportunity → Contract

  • Leads: contact, address, source, owner; status cold / warm / hot / qualified

  • Opportunities: pipeline + stage, deal size, probability, expected close date, product line items

  • Sales Funnel: drag-and-drop Kanban with per-stage totals and weighted forecast

  • Conversion: a won opportunity becomes a service contract, copying its items

Works with: Prime CRM (customer of record) · Prime Product (line items) · Prime Property (buildings / apartments) · Prime Order Portal (web orders feed the funnel) · Prime Workflow (conversion guards).

1.2. FAQ

What is the difference between a lead and an opportunity?
A lead is an early prospect you qualify (cold → hot). Once qualified, you promote it to an opportunity on a pipeline, where you track stage, value, probability, and products.

How does a deal become a customer / contract?
Convert a won opportunity into a service contract; its line items are copied over, and provisioning / billing take it from there. The customer of record lives in Prime CRM.

Can I have different pipelines for FTTH and cable?
Yes — define separate pipelines, each with its own stages, probabilities, and colours.

What is the weighted value?
Each stage has a closing probability; the funnel multiplies deal size by probability to show a weighted forecast.

Where is the step-by-step guide?
The walkthrough (with the video) lives under Official Documentation (Prime Sales).
