Prime CRM

Prime CRM

NMS Prime is a CRM, BSS and OSS platform for ISPs and Telcos.

Prime CRM is the customer relationship management (CRM) module for internet service providers and telcos — the customer and contact system of record inside NMS Prime. It keeps one trusted record per subscriber (individual or organization) with contact and address data, and turns that record into live service contracts for provisioning and billing. It is built for broadband operators running FTTH, DOCSIS/cable, DSL and WiFi networks and is technology- and vendor-agnostic.

Care, sales and operations staff use Prime CRM to find a customer, keep their contact and address details correct, and create a service contract directly from the customer (with details pre-filled). From there the customer connects to ordering, ticketing, billing and self-service, so every team works from the same person and the same IDs. Communication history, e-mail and automation are handled by the neighbouring apps listed under Works with.
