Overview (Prime VoIP Monitoring)
Overview (Prime VoIP Monitoring)
NMS Prime is a CRM, BSS and OSS platform for ISPs and Telcos.
Prime VoIP Monitoring (VoipMon / package nmsprime-voipmon) shows call detail records (CDRs) captured by voipmonitor inside NMS Prime — caller/called, times, duration, MOS, packet loss, jitter, and delay — and matches them to phonenumbers from VoIP provisioning.
What it does
Lists and opens CDRs from the voipmonitor database
Shows quality metrics (MOS variants, loss, jitter, delay, loss-in-a-row, PDV buckets)
Matches CDRs to ProvVoip phonenumbers (caller or called)
Retains / deletes old monitoring records via scheduled cleanup
