Prime Dunning is the batch dunning-letter production app for ISPs and telcos in NMS Prime. Start a dunning run for active contracts with open debts, queue letter jobs, track progress, and download the compiled PDF package when ready.
Who it is for: collections / finance teams who mail reminder letters, and care agents who need to see what was produced for a contract.
Main problem solved: produce collections letters in bulk from current open debts — without mixing letter production into the debt ledger.
