Maintain the catalog

1. Open the Product area in NMS Prime.

2. Create or edit products and organize them in the tree / layers you use commercially.

3. Keep names and labels aligned with what sales and the shop should show.

Publish a version

1. Create a draft version of the product (or change set) you want to offer.

2. Validate required commercial and technical attributes.

3. Activate when ready; deprecate the previous version when it must leave the shop.

Regional rules

1. Attach region or location rules to products that must not be sold everywhere.

2. Recheck a known address in the shop or available-products view after changes.

Vouchers

1. Create the voucher with validity and applicability rules.

2. Test once in sales assist or the shop before wider use.

With Prime Property

1. Confirm technology / speed coverage exists for pilot buildings.

2. Confirm product mapping so those technologies resolve to the intended offers.

3. Spot-check Order Portal results for one FTTH and one non-FTTH address if both matter.

When something looks wrong

• Product missing in shop → lifecycle state, regional rules, then Property coverage / mapping

• Wrong price or label → active version, not an old draft

• Voucher rejected → validity window and product applicability
