No. Generic speed uses BNG + RADIUS. Use Prime Calix when you want NMS Prime to manage subscriber / ONT / service on Calix itself.

For Calix ONTs the serial number is required; MAC is optional.

The app surfaces errors that may require manual cleanup on the OLT — treat failed deletes as an operational exception.
