Prime Service Availability
NMS Prime is a CRM, BSS and OSS platform for ISPs and Telcos.
Prime Service Availability is the address check and catalog eligibility platform for NMS Prime. Customers enter an address in the Order Portal; NMS Prime resolves coverage from local plant inventory (and optional carrier probes), shows build status, filters sellable products, and can capture a waitlist request when service is not yet available.
Who it is for: commercial ops, Property / network planners, Order Portal operators, and delivery teams going live with address-based selling.
Main problem solved: one answer to “can we sell here, what can we sell, and what do we tell the customer?” shared by shop, Property, and Product.
Scope note (source-checked): Not a single installable module. Capability lives in core service-availability services plus Prime Order Portal, Prime Property, and Prime Product. Live probes today: local inventory and Envia (when ProvVoipEnvia is present). S/PRI / OpenXS / Vitroconnect probes are registered stubs. Photon geocoding / search and the self-hosted Photon server ops note are part of this surface.

Coverage check — orchestrated probes (local plant first; Envia when enabled; other keys stubbed)
Catalog filter — Product layers / offers filtered by technology, region rules, carrier intersection, and completion state
Customer status — build / waitlist / not-servable messaging plus optional operator status text on technology pivots
Waitlist — capture when not yet sellable (Order Portal switch)
